Professional and Para-Professional Program Overview

The Professional and Para-Professional Programs provide Companion, Homemaker, Home Health Aide and Skilled Nursing for clients in the home or hospital setting

Our Programs currently service New Jersey and Northern Pennsylvania.  Our home health care services can be provide 24 hours day/7 days a week as determined by the client’s care plan needs and availability of staff.

All clients admitted to our programs must meet our admission criteria according to Quality Health Care, Inc. policies and procedures. In order for a client to be admitted to our programs the staff must be able to administer safe and adequate care in the home or hospital.

Quality Health Care, Inc. maintains good relationships with our local community hospitals, Physician’s offices, clinics and other healthcare organizations.  Our referrals are obtained from these sources as well as the Department of Veteran Administration, Social Services, Office on Aging, Private Insurances, Automobile and Worker's Compensation Insurances.

In order to maintain a pool of employees, Quality Health Care, Inc. provides ongoing training programs to certify Home Health Aides.  We also advertise in local papers and participate in local job fairs.

All professional and para-professional staff are appropriately credentialed, interviewed, medically cleared and oriented to Quality Health Care, Inc’s policies and procedures and in accordance with state, federal and accrediting body regulations.

Quality Health Care Inc. provides ongoing in-service programs to meet the inservice requirements for aides and nurses.  The in-service programs are diversified addressing the needs of the client population and employee.  In-service programs can also be individualized to specific employee needs.

A client will be discharged/ transferred from Quality Health Care, Inc. professional and para-professional programs according to our discharge/transfer policies and procedures.  All appropriate sources: physicians, family members. social services, referrals, etc, will be properly notified of the patient’s discharge as necessary to ensure a safe and timely process.

Our Performance Improvement Program monitors all aspects of Quality Health Care, Inc. The Q.I. program establishes indicators which evaluate client care and employee performance. The team also reviews all Quality Health Care, Inc’s policies and procedures.  The Quality Health Care, Inc. Q. I. team meet regularly to discuss Administrative and Clinical concerns, Infection Control, Staffing trends, Quality Care issues in an effect to keep abreast of pertinent changes.  The advisory group meets twice a year to review the performance of the entire organization and recommends changes in improvement as necessary.
